Attendees can request an invitation letter through the  online registration  form. The invitation letter will only be issued upon completion of registration and receipt of the full pre-payment of the registration fee. This invitation letter does not involve any commitment by FEMS to cover fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs associated with participation in the Congress & Exhibition. 

If an attendees application for visa is refused, the FEMS will refund the paid registration fees. Refunds will only be processed when the FEMS has received a copy of the refusal letter by 14 June 2025.
